Rachel has a Masters of Human Resource Management and has been working in HR leadership roles for over 20 years, across industry sectors such as FMCG, Technology, and Software Development. Prior to joining Pinpoint HRM, she spent 10 years at MYOB as HR Director across Australia, New Zealand, and Malaysia.
Throughout her HR career, Rachel has led multiple HR transformation projects and been involved in the implementation of HR systems such as Payroll, Workforce Management (WFM), Talent Management Suites (TMS), and full HCM solutions. Her involvement has always been very hands-on, managing all critical aspects of these implementations, none more important than change.
Rachel will share with you her wealth of experience with change initiatives directly linked to HR and WFM transformation.
