Adam is a 16X Certified Salesforce Engineer and Salesforce MVP Hall of Famer who works as a Salesforce Technical Architect at Google. He is passionate about teaching people about developing on the Salesforce Platform. He is an 11X RAD Women coach, working as a gender equality ally to help teach Salesforce development to female Salesforce administrators. He has presented at 6 Dreamforce conferences and several other conferences around the world including London, Uruguay, and India. When not focusing on Salesforce, he loves learning about the latest in the tech industry, playing chess, and rooting for Arizona sports teams.

After several years of impactful consulting work, Amy made a strategic shift to Customer Success to align her expertise with her passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. With 25 years of experience in enterprise system development and as an inventor sharing 3 patents supporting the iHeartRadio platform, Joseph leaped into the Salesforce ecosystem in 2012. He combined his Admin and Agile skills as Director of Cloud Solutions in the Financial Services sector. He also scaled the platform from 140 users in Sales Cloud to 600+ users in Sales, Service, and Community, and most recently Einstein Analytics. His journey has evolved from Customer to Partner bringing technical solutions to global manufacturing and life science entities. In his free time, Joseph continues chasing Bruce Springsteen around the globe, having seen 119 shows on 4 continents, 12 countries, and 50 cities.
